disapointing Flowers

I ordered flowers off Netflorist website. Specifically Pink lilies and Cerise roses in a vase. When delivered there was not a single lily in the vase and the filler flowers were of an inferior quality to what was advertised in the netflorist photo.<br> I have been **********.
