Disapointed...

Flowers were amazing but..... I was so excited to order these flowers for someone at 8am and the man advises me that "the person" will recieve it before 12h and I asked him if my name will be on the card, as I didnt want it on the card as its a secret and he promised me it will stay anonymous, I receive a call at 11am that they dont have stock of the sunflowers that I ordered and if I would take red roses instead - 1 hour before 12pm. Ofcourse this is not going to be delivered in time. I told them I dont want red roses and I paid for sunflowers. I got fedup and asked them if they will have stock the next day and they said yes. I asked to move it to the next day..... Right flowers arrived..... And what a surprise the person knew it was me.... How ??? Because they put my name on the card.... Very disappointed....
