Dirty chipped vase

I ordered flowers in a vase from Netflorist yesterday, as I needed them quickly and I'd been told that they provided decent service. Everything went well, until the flowers arrived and I noticed that the vase was a bit dirty. That wouldn't have been a major problem, but then I noticed a massive chip on the one side of the vase, and some of the dirty marks seemed to be ingrained into the vase.<br> <br> Needless to say I'm extremely annoyed, as I need these flowers tonight, and I'm now going to have to buy another vase.<br> <br> I can definitely state that I'll never use Netflorist again, and I've been telling all my family, colleagues and friends about my experience - and they've all agreed that they'll never use Netflorist again either.
