Joy from Net florist really went the extra mile to ensure I received my delivery. Having handed on the delivery to an agent who left the gift with a neighbour, Joy pursued the courier and ensured they collected the item from the neighbour and delivered the gift to myself. I did not know the neighbour and so JOY was thorough in her dealings, working until the problem was completely resolved and myself as the customer was happy. I highly recommend JOY.
