Didn't deliver!

<p>I ordered a week prior R1150 set of flowers, vase and teddy with treats for my long distance girlfriend for Valentine's Day and these guys send me emails saying my package has left the building and is being delivered. That was a lie... nothing got delivered. I've used this company before and they were late... This business is a failure. </p>
