Did not deliver order booking a month ago

I placed this an order for roses a month ago to be delivered on Valentines day.

I got a message the day after saying the driver could not find the address.

Your driver made NO attempt to contact either myself or the person being delivered to. The excuse you have given is utter nonsense.

Something that was booked a MONTH ago has not been delivered.

What on earth is the point of delivering after valentines day? It makes me look like a cheapskate who forgot valentine’s day and our anniversary for my girlfriend.

You have delivered to this address before. We are talking about Athol here not an outlying area.

I believe the truth is your company took too many orders and were not able to meet the demands. Why my order which was placed a MONTH ago was the one you decided not to honour escapes me.

The number you have listed does not work. The phone number online endlessly has me on hold.

Why was I only informed today that the item was not delivered? Was it not even attempted to be delivered yesterday?
