Did not deliver my order on Valentines day!

I ordered Valentines flowers for my single friend long before Valentines day to ensure everything was in order. I paid the RIDICULOUS amount of money they charge for their flowers these days and sent them proof of payment TWICE!!!

On Valentines day my friend was really depressed and felt unloved, I was so excited as I knew she would lighten up as soon as she receives the flowers, just for the the flowers not to arrive AT ALL!! I have queried this with Netflorist just to get a automated response saying they will get back to me withing 9 business hours. Which they did not.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy flowers with Netflorist for any special occasion and will make sure that I spread the word of their POOR SERVICE. I will also make sure everyone knows about the fact that when querying Netflorist that they lie to you with their stupid automated response that is suppose to reassure you that they are attending to the matter and then they DON'T!?!
