Despicable service & lies

<p>Placed an order with them which was meant to be a birthday gift, 10 days before delivery date. I received a a text & email on the delivery date that my order was despatched but strangely it was never delivered, as I discovered when she got home that she didn't receive my gift. They were not reachable by phone, thus I sent them an email to follow up but they only responded to me the next day by return email. Only to be told that they ran out of stock that I ordered and were making a delivery then. This is a day after the person's birthday which the gift was intended for and to them this was accepatble & without an apology. My refund will only be paid 5 - 7days of my query according to them, making it 17 days that they have my money for no reason, whilst earning interest....great business model operated on lies. </p>
