Despicable service from Netflorist

Despicable service from Netflorist.

My husband ordered a bouquet of 36 roses and Lindt chocolate for me for my birthday. Unfortunately we were in different countries on my birthday and because he knew how disheartened I was not spending my birthday together, decided to spoil me with what he hoped would be an exquisite bouquet.

Apart from arriving at 6pm the day of, the driver then tells me he mixed up the orders and had delivered my bouquet to someone else!!

This isn't the first time that we have experienced pathetic service from Netflorist. On a different occasion they forgot part of my delivery, and on another, had delivered dry limp flowers to my parents!

I am irate at this constant level of incompetence. On checking other customer reviews online, it seems like this is common practice.

We feel really cheated. What was meant to be a beautiful surprise turned into a very unpleasant experience and basically ruined the moment!

Netflorist needs to stop wasting peoples time, money and emotions and either quit the industry or hand over to people who know a thing or two about competence!
