Delivery will get there... at whatever time they choose

The parcel when finally delivered met expectations, but advertised delivery times are 7am to 7pm, and my experience over the past 12 months is that it won't be delivered before 5pm, so if it is for a special occasion ask for delivery the day before. They also cannot decide on what their actual delivery times are... website says up to 7pm, when you question non delivery their chat agents tell you 8pm, and parcels arrive after 9pm - which quite frankly is NOT acceptable. And don't bother using their tracking... nothing relevant to customer gets updated.
