DELIVERY WAS A ISSUE

Good day, I am normally very happy with Netflorist service, but my last order took forever it was a l personalized laptop bag that was not delivered on time and even though the correct delivery details was on the order I had to send e mails back and fourth to get ordered to the correct person.
