Delivery to wrong Provience

I placed an order for two plants to be delivered to , two different address's . One of the plants was for my Mum in law in KZN and the other was for my Mother in Midrand.

When I placed the order I gave the two different address's. I did call in to change the number on my mum's address only .

When it came to delivery today . Netflorist delivers the two plants to one address They called me and mumbled something.

I then got a mail that they could not deliver the plant for my mum in law.

My husband called in and they said they will give us feedback.

They closed at 12:00 and no feedback.

So what happens to my order intended for Mother's day.

When will there be Delivery. To the correct address.
