Delivery the day after the birthday!!!!!!

I placed an order online with Netflorist, delivery date was given on the system. The gift was for my daughter's birthday. On the day of delivery I received an email stating that delivery was not possible and that it would be the next day. I rep**** to this email.... no response. I phoned Netflorist and was told that I would have an answer in 15 minutes. 2 hours later I called back and the issue was not resolved and no one could help. In total I called Netflorsit 5 times to eventually get through to a manager. The manager Warren was more helpful, he offered to substitute the gift for flowers and then deliver the actual ordered gift the following day. To my amazement I received an email at 6pm to state that delivery of the flowers was not possible and that it would be done the following day!!!! Gift and flowers were delivered the day after the birthday! Thank you Netflorist for ruining my daughter's birthday. I am in a different province to where the delivery took place and this was my only means of sending a gift.....I will not use Netflorist again and do not recommend their services.
