Delivery system needs an update

Verry Happy with the product, however the delivery system was a problem. I made it clear that it was a anniversary gift, it was delivered just before 5pm after I phoned 3 times to get a timeframe. If we can schedule a time of delivery, it would be great since it gives you an opportunity to ensure that the gift is delivered when the correct person can receive it. In my case the person couldn't receive the gift since she left the company for the day.
