Delivery service is pathetic.

Their delivery service is pathetic. The call center person tells you they cannot find the recipient at the address. I asked them to call me back in 5 min just to make sure the recipient is available. when I asked to verify the number with the netflorist person they just hung up the phone. The delivery person just left. There is no customer service here. I mean after one attempt of calling the person who's supposed receive the gift then delivery failed!!! Then the customer support person just hangs up. Its like they don't care! A whole gifting company!! I would expect your customer service to exceptional throughout....
