Delivery schedules are poor

Never order with netflorist if you want something to be delivered on time.

I ordered flowers to be delivered in the morning and I even called since I ordered 2 days before so that it gives them time to prepare my order. I ordered flowers for a funeral and said il collect at the airport and give them time and the consultant even said it’s fine since deliveries start at 7. I get at the airport and wait for 30 mins and when I called I’m told delivery times are not also accurate now my question is why ask what time must the gift be delivered ?

I had to change the delivery address cause i would be late for the funeral and guess what time the flowers got there 17:00 😡😡
