<p>Upon receiving a call on Friday i emailed ********** It reads:</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very dismayed when i hear this afternoon that my gift for my uncle wont be delivered today. Why was this not informed to me 2 days ago. This parcel needed to reach him today. I was told it will only reach the 18th May.
