Delivery *******

I have had 2 bad experiences with Netflorist delivery.

1st experience 12 July 2017

Order "same day roses" between 7-8am in the morning expecting it to be delivered at the destination before 5 pm. I phoned 3 times in that day asking that it please be delivered before 5 pm as the recipient leave work at this time. Wanting this delivery to be a surprise, I do not ask my girlfriend about this and do not mention anything. To my amazement at dinner, nothing is mentioned about the flowers I ordered. At 6:30 pm her cellphone rings, "Hi mam, can you please come collect your order. Like really, collect your order at work 6:30 pm. Good job.

2nd Experience 14 September 2017

A friend who works far from home phones me asking me if I can arrange flowers for his girlfriend as it is their 4 year anniversary.

Being the forgiving person I am, I once again log into my netflorist account at 7:20 am. Order "Same day roses" expecting it to be delivered before 3 pm. I phone their helpline and ask "please can this be deliverd as it is for a anniversary and the boyfriend cannot see his lvoer on this day"

To my amazement "we cannot guarantee a delivery" no we can try and assist nothing. This was the general response I got from my two phone calls afterwards as well.

The recipient has now left work and will only receive her anniversary roses, the next day. Good job. Making guys look bad since you opened.

The AMAZING thing for me though, once and order is placed I immediately get my sms from the bank stating that my money has been taken. That service you guys ROCK at, good job! Take money and don't deliver, even though you charge your ******* amount of R 69.90 for something to be delivered. Cannot claim the money back nothing, good *****.

Please stop lying to your customers stating you do same day deliveries when clearly you do not. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice.
