delivery problem

on the 25th Jan 2016 i placed an order to be delivered on the 27th Jan in Port Elizabeth.<br> The following day on the 26th i called and asked to have the delivery date moved to the 01st Feb 2016, i again called on the 27th to make it get delivered on the 01st. to my horror it was delivered on the 27th and the person it was supposed to be delivered to was not there meanin ity was left unattended till he came back.<br> <br> i am very disappointed as i called twice to make sure this done correctly.<br>
