Delivery of poor quality and incorrect flowers

Hi there<br> <br> I ordered a bunch of blue irises to be delivered in East London and Netflorist delivered a shabby old bunch of orange, yellow and white roses. I would understand if they didnt have stock of Irises but they could at least have tried to ask me what else I would have preferred instead. <br> <br> Needless to say I am not happy to have spent nearly R300 on an ugly bunch of old flowers and I would like a refund.
