Delivery of old wilted flowers

A colleague sent me flowers for my special day using Netflorist. What I received was shockling disgusting for the amount of money she had spent. The flowers were old, wilted with petals falling off and most of the daisies were half flowers After a nasty back and forth complaint and Netflorist finding all kinds of excuses - I was offered another bunch. Received exactly the same flowers - same issue with fewer stems this time. A word of advice is you would get a better deal on the Checkers 60/60, you would get value for money and two beautiful bunches of flowers instead of the ****py/****ty wilted flowers you get from Netflorist. Just a note I would never recommend nor would I ever make use of Netflorist, you are a *******, and the suppliers you make use of in Westville, Durban are low grade. If I could attach the image of the wilted flowers I would do so.
