Delivery of Incorrect product

My order for a Red Rose Hatbox together with free Lindt chocolates has just been delivered.<br> However no chocolate was received by the recipient and the flowers delivered were not what I ordered. The flowers were in a black cardboard box and not a hat box woven from straw as ordered. Further more only 6 roses were in the box and not 10 as I had paid for.<br> <br> I am very disappointed with Netflorist. Please can you have this matter rectified as soon as possible<br>
