Delivery of incorrect item

I ordered a hamper of baby items for a baby girl. The name of the product is \R979 - Spoilt Baby Girl". When the item was delivered it was for a boy. It was very embarrassing to have to call the mother and explain that the wrong item was delivered. I find it unbelievable that Netflorist could make such a mistake. How do you deliver a package for a boy when the name of the ordered product clearly states that it's for a girl.<br> <br> This is the second time in 2 orders that I was disappointed with the service and obvious lack of care from Netflorist. The last time I vowed never to use them again"
