Delivery of Dying Flowers

Delivery of 20 roses which had outside petals removed to make them look fresh. They died almost overnight. When I wrote to complain, my file was closed without a response. When I complained again they did not take responsibility, rather suggesting that lack of water, aircon, sun and South African climate were to blame. They eventually offered a discount on future order...who would want to order flowers from such a supplier! I obviously refused to accept their offer. ( All correspondence available)
