DELIVERY OF A POT PLANT TO A HOSPITAL PATIENT - NETFLORIST

I tried to place an order with Netflorist yesterday 13 September 2022 and due to the dastardly loadshedding currently being experienced in South Africa, my payment didn't go through. The consultant told me that she would contact me in 15 minutes to try again. Didn't happen. Nevertheless, I phoned again today and my details and the recipient's details were still on the system. The orchid was delivered promptly to my friend in the hospital within a few hours. Impressive!
