Delivery not made on time as promised

To the director of Net Florist<br> <br> I phoned you guys at 07:30 to order flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered at my wife's school before 2pm.I spoke to a lady named DUDU to order the flowers.DUDU said to me that the flower will be delivered before 2pm as she know it is a school.My total order was R439.85 and my ref no was ***.<br> <br> When i phoned them back at 13:00 to find out where my flowers were a lady named LINDI told me that the flowers were still with them and they have not left.When i asked why they have not left she could'nt give me a answer.LINDI left me on hold for more than 15 min and when she came back she asked my for a different address because the promise Net Florist gave me in the morning they couldn't deliver.LINDI then asked me to phone back as she wanted to answer another call???When i asked to speak to a manager LINDI told me that the manager was not available .I ask for the manager to phone me back and until now i have not recieve<br> <br> I then phoned back and i asked to speak to a manager they left me holding for more than 20 min.<br> <br> The whole point of the flowers were to surprise my wife at work which has not happened
