DELIVERY NOT MADE NO FORM OF COMMUNICATION FROM NETFLOURIST

I am appalled at the service I received from the Net florist. On the 5th of June 2020 I placed an online gift order for my sister's partner birthday which was due to be delivered on the 6th June 2020 however the delivery was never made in addition to that nothing was communicated to me regardless of all the emails I made in my attempt to follow up.

I finally decided to call the company on the 8th of June 2020 to enquire regarding the delivery I was only then told that they were out of stock regarding the wallet however nothing was communicated to me as a paying customer. Communication only happened because of the effort I made. order number ***.

I am very disappointed.
