Delivery not as promised

If I could give a zero I would. At first I received an email saying the gift will be delivered 18 December, then an email saying it will definitely be delivered 19 December. I waited at home the whole day Saturday and no delivery. So I contacted them and then they said sorry no deliveries over weekends but it will be delivered top priority first thing Monday morning 21 December. I’m still awaiting delivery so I phoned netflorist - then I was told it hadn’t even left the hub for delivery yet!! I will never buy anything from netflorist again.
