delivery no show

I have purchased a watch order number: *** on the 13th December 2015, the delivery date was scheduled for the 15th December 2015, i have still not received my watch, according to the tracking it took about half the day to prepare the delivery and was only dispatched by 2:30pm on the 15th December 2015 and I have no clue as to where is my item, I just cannot understand why it is taking so long as it was not even the same day delivery and with the fact there was the 14th December to have the watch prepared for delivery , what is so disappointing is that this was an anniversary gift and that my wife had waited the entire day for a gift that never came, I don't think i will be doing business with you'll in the future and will be closing my account
