Delivery in PE

I placed an order on 3 Feb for delivery in Jeffreys Bay on 4 February. I received an email to say that Netflorist does not deliver in Jefreys Bay even though the website says delivery country wide. I should complain that it is not my problem and it could have been delivered from PE, which is 40 minutes away. The flowers are for my gran who is turning 86 and this may be the last time we can spoil her on her birthday.<br> <br> I phoned the call centre and Naledi tried everything she could to assist in getting my delivery changed to Port Elizabeth to my Uncle's house. The order needed to be delivered before 1pm today, as my Uncle is going to Jeffreys Bay this afternoon.<br> <br> Naledi redirected the order and specially requested that the florist deliver before 1pm and this morning she provided me with the contact details of the florist so that my Uncle could communicate with them. The florist delivered at 10am and we were very happy with the arrangement.<br> <br> Most people would probably have said sorry I can't help, rather cancel, but Naldedi went out of her way to assist and I really appreciate that. We are now able to spoil my gran on her birthday the way she deserves.
