Delivery fee *******!

Most ridiculous policies! I am trying to send my Mom a Mother's day gift as it is her first Mother's day that we are overseas and NetFlorist is charging TWO delivery fees for the same delivery. I wanted to send a bottle of wine and flowers.. why on earth am I being charged for both items? It is ludicrous when they are both going to the same address in the same delivery! What a *******! All this does is make a customer either spend less and only buy one item OR just go somewhere else.
