Delivery drama

I ordered on 2 Mother’s Day gifts on Wednesday for delivery to 2 addresses on Friday. On Friday I was informed that they won’t deliver the one to my mom and that they will do a priority delivery on Saturday. Ok no sweat but Friday night I phoned my gran to ask if she received her gift and she said they smsed her and said the delivery ry was 5 min away and then smsed again saying they won’t deliver until Saturday. I was never informed of that decision. Ok so today is Saturday afternoon and no one received their gifts.

I phoned the helpline and they said one will be delivered today but nothing off the other.

I want someone to call me that can explain what happened.
