Delivery date not honoured

I am very disappointed with the delivery schedule non adherence. I chose a specific day for a specific reason and the promise was not kept. When I sent an email on the following after the gift was not delivered I was told the recipient was not reachable which was a lie and miraculously after my complaint the delivery happened seamlessly. You have ruined my gifting.
