Delivery date and gift not delivered

My order number is *** I done a order for a gift on the 29/12/2022 and I selected the incorrect delivery date so I contacted netflorist the same day to change the date to the 30/12/2022 which they said they done but to my surprise this order show the date is scheduled for the 3/01/2023 how that happen I do not know and they not even responding to any chats I'm having with them this is very poor service from them
