Delivery date

On the 13th January I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my wife on valentine's day through ebucks, today (09 Feb) I received the order😞. I call in to enquire and I was told an email was sent to me to inform me that netflorist won't be able to deliver on the 14th (an email I don't have in my inbox), and then another "Candice Bopape" insists that the 14th was blocked out as if she was with me when I placed the order. Instead of investing their system they will not deduct 15% and delivery fee because "I chose" the 9th for delivery...
