Delivery charge x14 for the same adress

I always use NetFlorist and im always so impressed but this time theyve left a bad taste in my mouth. I wanted to order 15 personalised cosmetic bags for my staff and not only did the system charge me a R70 per item. . Even though they all would be delivered to the same adress. When I called they told me the same thing. I cant justify nor understand why i should be charged delivery fee for each bag when they all would be delivered to the same adress. . . Needless to say apart from disappointed, i wont be going through with my order.
