Delivery after death

So I have finally received my delivery from this pathetic excuse of a business. They were even kind enough to email to inform my fiancé of how warm and fuzzy I must be feeling having received my flowers today at 10:06 and the 15th of February. Perhaps according to the ****bags that run netflorsit, Valentine’s Day is actually today. The plot gets even better though, yesterday afternoon was quite stormy in Pietermaritzburg. At around 16:55 there was a delivery van parked outside my gate (we have cameras). This van parked their for about 3 minuets and then drove off. I obviously did not open the gate because I didn’t know who it was and well the driver didn’t even ring the bell. What a coincidence, it was the same bakki to deliver me stuff to me today. Perhaps the delivery guy would have melted if he came out in the rain yesterday afternoon. I was not home to receive my goodies today but my mom accepted it on my behalf. When she asked the guy why the delivery is a day late, the blady idiot tells her that he called “the lady” yesterday and she told him that she does not live at the address given to netflorist. 1) my number is stipulated on the card, I received no such call. 2) if “the lady” doesn’t live here anymore, why come back to the SAME house to drop off the flowers the next day??? *****, *******, hypocrite, ****bags! That is what I think when I hear “Netflorists”. I’ve sent through 2 emails to your customer care and this is my second report on HelloPeter but still no response from the soulless goons. I honestly think your freaking business ethic is nonexistent and the team in charge of getting orders out are a bunch of lying, cheating, greedy idiots. I will never order from you again. I will post these reviews on as many social media sites possible and if you think this is Over because I did end up with delivery, you are sadly mistaken.
