Delivery

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I ordered a gift for my friend yesterday for same day delivery for her wedding anniversary. I selected that it was a business address so they have to deliver by 17:30, the driver called my friend at 18:15 for delivery and at that time she was no longer at work. When I called in this morning at 9 I was informed that they would add a box of chocolates and instruct the driver to deliver at the address early. When I called at 14:22 to follow up I was informed the driver was not even close to my friends address and that they cannot confirm when the delivery will take place
