Delivery 4 Months later

I have place an order for the 31st December 2020 and still today (7th Jan 21) I haven't received my order as yet. I've been sent an email stating my order will only be delivered on the 4 April 2021. The occasion has gone now and I had to get another gift to replace the one I expected 4 days later. Not only is this costing me more but is really an inconvenience for me. I don't understand why I was given a delivery date if it can't be kept. Really Disappointed that I haven't been called to be advised there will be a delay as I really been humiliated not having a gift for my anniversary.
