DELIVERING INFERIOR PRODUCT TO ADVERTISED

I ordered a spa hamper for my mother on for Mother's Day which was approximately R900. Instead of delivering the product paid for and ordered they delivered a cheap bottle of sparkling wine and a packet of peanuts valued at less than R200. Despite various emails and phone calls they have not resolved the issue or refunded me for deliberately delivering a product that was inferior to the one advertised. Shortly after I started complaining they removed the advertised hamper from the website.<br> Very disappointing that this is their attitude and that they refuse to correct the error. Not even the manager would take the phone call to discuss the error with me.
