Delivered to wrong address

I ordered a package for same day delivery and when they delivered the flowers no one was there, I received no call and they decided to deliver it to the neighbor. No communication with me whatsoever with the excuse that the number on the recipient was incorrect. My number is also on the order and yet no communication was made with me. No I have to contact the neighbor and try to get the flowers from them for the recipient. I am shocked at the quality of service. Safe to say I will never buy from Netflorist again as this is not the first issue I've had with these clowns.
