Delivered to the wrong person

I ordered roses for my wife and the delivery didn't reach her. Netflorist delivery guy decided to leave the my order with someone else without even informing my wife that there is a delivery for her. When calling Netflorist both their 087 and 086 numbers were unavailable and it was just around 4pm. I need a refund for order *** because it didn't reach the person it was intended for.
