Delivered to the wrong address.

Hi<br> <br> I ordered something from net florist yesterday which they said would be delivered today.<br> I get an email saying it has been delivered to which i have not received anything.<br> I phone them only for them to tell me that it was delivered to 28 cedar creek, this was not the address i asked them to deliver to.<br> I get told that I must go fetch it from that address or they will deliver it on Monday.<br> <br> This is really bad service.
