Delivered on incorrect date and error with personalised message

The first of 3 items (to be delivered to 3 different locations in SA) was delivered a day earlier than requested. While that sounds like great service it was a problem because the recipient was not at that address on that date and someone else had to take delivery. Secondly, the personalised message was a problem - my requested message was included PLUS part of the message on the standard item remained - permanently spoiling the keepsake.
