Delivered items on the incorrect date

Placed an order to be delivered on a specific date and they delivered the order one week earlier.. And it wasn't even the correct order !

They have not responded to my emails, and according to the Twitter account, they said that it was an error by their florist because they use "fax". They then agreed to refund a portion of my order because its not their fault.

So basically you order from their website at your own risk and if they have *********** third parties to carry out their services, its your loss.
