delivered incorrect items

Its my Wife's Birthday and they send a Congrats balloon instead of a Happy Birthday Balloon which I ordered and send Lilac flower which she hates instead of White ones which I ordered. No mail/ notification was sent to say they out of stock. I would have advise not do deliver as my wife believes Lilac represents Death. then I call in to find out what is going on and a lady advise they can change the balloon and see what she can do about the flowers. I mean the damage has been done already and I am not near my wife to comfort her that's why I hade these item delivered.<br> <br> Terrible service from netflorist sorry I just lost all faith in your team......
