Delivered half the gift and a blank card! Pietermaritzburg

If possible I would give a zero star rating. I ordered online for a home delivery in Pietermaritzburg for flowers (get well) and the box of chocolates.

On the day of delivery my friend receives a message at 7 pm at night and only received delivery at 8:30 pm, of the chocolate box and a blank card! The next day I e mailed customer care requesting feedback about the flowers and they responded to me saying that they do not deliver flowers to Pietermaritzburg! And this is after date of delivery and payment!!!! Then I asked why was the card blank and they suggested they would e mail my friend the card! This was the most pathetic response and service I have ever received in my life and instead of cheering my friend up with a special delivery I embarrassed myself with a blank card and half a gift!

I used Net florist before And I am aware that they deliver flowers! I am still confused as to why they would lie to me, send a blank card and have the audacity ask me if they can e mail the card to my friend! I would never recommend using this service and I will never use them again!
