Deliver the gift or return my money.

I ordered a gift last year and it was delivered on time, no issues... Then I decided to use their services again, my gift was supposed to be delivered to the intended person yesterday the 27th but still nothing, no communication not a word... I'm so stressed because it's a gift for an award ceremony.
