Deliver cheaper arrangements what you ordered

I ordered 2 of the same flower arrangements for 2 different people for death in family. Netflorist delivered 2 different kind of flower arrangement, one way cheaper than the other that I ordered. When I complained they asked should they collect and change with correct arrangement. How insensitive. People make sure your friends sendss you pictures of what you ordered as this is *****ing you money as they do not deliver what you order.
