Delayed Delivery & On going Excuses!!!

Order No.*** - Scheduled for delivery on the 25th, was called late that afternoon to confirm address, which is ridiculous as it is the same address on my previous orders already delivered. Was then told its too late to deliver so will be rescheduled for the 26th. I expressed the urgency of the delivery and I cannot accept it later than that. As I did not recieve it by 2pm on the 26th I called the call centre and was told it will be delivered by 8pm as it is personalised and home addresses are delivered until 8pm. Today on the 27th I call and am now told it was recalled as the address was incorrect and will be rescheduled for the 29th. This is utter nonsense as per previous order *** was also personalized orderd and delivered to the exact address ON TIME, in the same week. The excuses are pointless, rather call and apologise for being unable to deliver and process a refund.
